Whcn the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairll. submitted that appeal hled by petitioner vide Appeal No.157 of 2020 dated Ni1.02.2020 against the dclction of names of petitioner,s in respect of property situated at Jarnalpuram H/o. Thurkaia Somaram Village and Grampanchayat, parvathagiri Manda-lam of Warangal District and pattadar passbooks have been issued in favour of un-official respondents is illegal and void and as against under Article 3OO_A of the Constitution of India and consequently directed the respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal in accordance n,ith law.
