It is stated that the petitioner is the senior citizen and aged aboutT6yearsandretiredfromGovernmentserviceandSufferingwithall oldageailments.ItisfurtherStatedthatthepetitionerisabsoluteowner and possessor of residential house bearing No '32-67 18, situated at New Balaji Colony, RK Puram, Neredmet, Malkajgiri District, having purchased thesamethrougharegisteredSaleDeedbearingDocumentNo.6lo4of2ool It is further stated that the 46 respondent is the d,ated 2O.Og .2OOl . daughter of fr+etitioner and 56 respondent is her husband and the \ --- -_ .1 2 CVBR, - -r W.P.No.12639 of 2025 petitioner har; 1, rl sons, one son is residing in thr: sare touse at 2"d floor and the other l;,: r is staying at abroad. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the very object of the enactment of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior citizens Act, 2oo7 is to provide maintenance to the senior citizens and also to attend the medical emerge ncies and non-disposal of the complaint dated 13'04'2023 by the 3'd respondent amounts to deviating the very purpose of the enactment of the said Act' I l
