It is further statccl that a joint inspection .,vas conductr:tl by respondenL Nos.3 to 6 on 18.03-202O and according to the petJtioner, in the said joint inspcction it is revealed that the lald to an cxient oiAc.O-26 guntas forming part of the land in Sy.No.72 assigned in favour of thc petitxrner is itr possession of rcspondent No.5 hcrcin.
