The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition is filed challenging the order 2 SK,J dated 04.O2.2O21 in case No.ST/ACW lDl l49l l2O2l (Appeal No.C/ l5L3 /2O7 ll passed by respondent No.2/Tribunal, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the orders passed by the respondent No.4/Tahsildar, was dismissed.
3. As per the orders passed by this Court on
07.11.2025 the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced original record pertaining the impunged order. The record shows that originally petitioner filed appeal before the Revenue Divisonal Officer/ Respondent No.3 in ROR Appeal No.C/ l5l3l2ol7 against the orders passed by the respondent No.4/Tahsildar, was dismissed. Pending the appeal, in view of the amendment of ROR Act, the said appeal was transmitted to the Special Tribunal, Nagarkurnool/Respondent No.2. After receiving the saicl appeal, the respclndent No.2 without issuing notices tcl the petitioner as well as the unoflicial respondents passed t 3 SK,J impunged orders on o4.o2.2o21 . Moreover, as per the original record produced by the respondent authorities there are several corrections in thc operative portion of the impunged order, without any initials of the Members of the Special rribunal. [n view of the same, this is a fit case for remanding the matter back to the I't appellate authority as per Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025 for passing appropriate orders after issuing notices to the petitioner as welt as the unofficial respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of and the impunged order passed by Special rribunal/respondent No.2 dated o4.o2.2o21 in case No.ST/ACT/DL/49L/2o2r (Appeal No.c/ L5l3l2o71) is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the I .t appellate authority/ Revenue Divisional officer, Achampet Division und.er Rute- 14 of Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) Rule, 2025, directing to issue notices to the petitioner as well as 4 unofficial respondents.
