2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos l to 6 in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the lndian Penil Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, '1 961
3. Heard Mr Praveen Kumar Challa, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.'l -State and [/ls- Padma Chelluri, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-faclo complainant.

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly they moved l.A.Nos 2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to , / 2 A'rR,/ I..1.Nor2 and ) 01 2025 in/a Cr/.l'.No. 5681 o.f 2O25 quash the proceedings against the p titioners/accused Nos.'l to 6 in C.C.No.5148 of 2022

This Court vide order dated 25 2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee ortdentification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted re ort dated 28.04.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their spective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity C rds and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlement/compromise.

Having considered the allegations the charged offences, which are essentially matrimonial and inter-pers nal in nature and taking into account the amicable settlement bet en the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the di tums in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and anotherl and Anit Mis ra v. State of IJ.P.2; Stafe of Madhya Pradesh v.
