2. Heard Mr.Lakkadi Dayakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. t I

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader fufther submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be , , released to the beneficia ries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the retirement benefits i.e., Gratuity Bill for Rs.11,65,7951- vide Token a I No.2521975063, dated.01.0B.2O24 and for Rs.3,49,99U_ vide Token No.252L975071, dated 01.08.2024, Commutation Bill for Rs.lL,17,994/- vide Token No.2527975075, dated 01.08.2 024 and for Rs.3,35,639/- vide Token No.252Lg7SO7g, dated 01.08.2024, Encashment of Leave Salary Bill for Rs.9,54,0 42/_ vide foken No.2520125663, dated 22.07.2024, c.p.F.
