Respondents (Accused) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of grounds filed there with, the High Court will pleased to quash the order dated 28-9-2004 in Crl.M.P.No. 4910 of 2004 in CC.No. 587/ 1999 on the file of the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Hyderabad and consequently direct the said court to recall the petitioners witnesses in exercise of its powers under Section 311 Cr.P.C. This petition coming on for hearing upon pursuing the memorandum of the grounds filed therein in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.S.Ramachandra Rao advocate for the petitioner and Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent No.1.
