In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.p.No.525 of 2025, dated 06.01.2025, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to initiate immediate necessary action for further hearing in LTR case number uide TWAl/78/2O2t under Section 3(2) of LTR t/59 as amended by Regulation 1/7O wi|n regard to the subject tribal patta Iand admeasuring total extent of Ac.30.33 guntas in Sy.Nos. lg and 19, situated in Jainoor Village, Jainoor Mandal, Kumram Bheem Asifabad District and to proceed with thc hearing in accordance to law, in conformity with the principles of .natural justice and pass appropriate orders deciding the subject issue within a period of eight (8) u,eeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per the Memo No. 11456/TW.LTR. 1/06, dated 2a.O2.2OO8.
