Narasimha Goud, learned counsel appe:aring for the petitioners in I.A.No. I of 2025 / SK,J W.P.No.18E26 of 2022 respondent Nos.S to 8, submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, both the writ petitioners and the respondent Nos.5 to 8 have settled their dispute and entered into the compromise in o.s.No.49 of 2025 on the fiie of the Senior Civii Judge at Ramannapet, and the said suit was disposed of on 23-06-2025 in terms of the said compromise. They further submit that in view of the disposal of the said suit and both the parties have entered into the compromise, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the Writ Petition may be closed.

3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioners has not disputed the said submissions.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I.A.No.1 of 2O2S is allowed. consequently, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. SK,J W.P.No.l8826 of 2022
