Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage' It is stated that the petitioner's father was the pattadar 3. and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1.04 gts., in Sy.No.9/AA, situated at Channaya Palem Village, Matampally Mandal, Suryapet District. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner's father was mutated in all the revenue records and pattadar passbook has been issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1977 and the Rules made thereunder. Sri L..R.rLrinder, learned Assistant Government Ple i<[er for Revenue has; not disputed the issuance of pa.tta<lar passb:ok in 3 CVBR, J wp 12510_202s favour of the petitioner and also the submission of the application made by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submitted that pending examination of the petitioner's application, the Act 9 of 2020 has been repealed and replaced by the Telangala Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2025 (for short "Act I of 2025") and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the same fulfrlls all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities wilt consider the same in accordance with iaw.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed .format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of amended pattadar passbook in respect of subject land.
