Sahas Reddy' learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue' 2 Leamed counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the order dated 24.01-2023 in W'P' No'2004 of 2023 was passed by this Court in the writ petition filed by the petitioner directing respondent No.4 - the Revenue Divisional Officer' Sanga Reddy Division, to dispose of the stay application filed atong with appeal No.5258 of 2022 under Section 4-A ol the Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of 'l'ransfers Act) 1977 (for short 'Act 1977') seeking suspension of the resumption order passed by respondent No.5 - the Tahsidlar, Patancheru Mandal' vr'de proceedings No.C195912022 dated 04'07 '2022' Further' it was also made clear by this Court that till disposal of stay application' respondent No'5 v 2 was directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property under the guise of resumption order dated 04.O7 .2022.

3. Leamed counsel lor the petitioner further subntitted that the order passed by this Courr in W.P. No.2004 of 2023 is still subsisting anri the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 4-A of the Act 1977 vide No.5258 of 2022 is still pending belbre respondent No.4. Despite the same, there is interference by respondent No.2 with the subject property of the petitioner.

4. Learned standing counsel for HMDA, appearing lor respondent No.2, submitted that the appeal was stated to have been flled in the year 2022, and respondent No.4 may be directed to dispose of the appeal within a specific period.

5. In vierv of the order dated 24.01 .2023 passed by this Court in W.P. No.2004 of 2023, and submissions of leamed standing counsel for HMDA, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 - the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sanga Reddy Divison, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vrde No.5258 <tf 2.022. within a period of four (4) weeks from rhe date -.---7 To \ \ 3 of receipt of a copy of this order.
