Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that this rvrit petition is fiied by the petitioner seeking to declare the action o[ respondent Nos.2 to 4 in removing petitioners name from the revenue records and from the official website of the Government as owner of the land to arr extent of Ac.3- 00 €tr-rntas in Sy.No.92/ 149 of Munidevulapally Village, Konclapur Manda.l, Sanga Reddy District, without issuing any notice or an opportunity of hearing and without following the due process of law trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said land, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel lor the petitioner lurther submits that in spite ol' lapse of more than three and ha1[ years, the respondent nu tirorities did not choose to Ille a counter denying the ar' erments made by the petitionr-'r in the writ affidavit, in vierv of the sarne, requested this Court allow the writ petition hy directing the respondent zruthorities to dispose of the application made by the petitioner o11
