THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2222 of 2006 and batch COMMON ORDER: All these cases have been instituted by the employees of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. However, by a notification dated 31st October 2008 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the Central Government conferred jurisdiction, from the said date, on the Central Administrative Tribunal, in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the 1985 Act, to decide all pending service disputes. In view of the same, the jurisdiction of this Court is ousted and the jurisdiction has been conferred on the Central Administrative Tribunal with effect from 31st October 2008. Since these Writ Petitions are pending as on that date, on the file of this Court, in terms of Section 29 of the 1985 Act, the registry is directed to transmit all these cases to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench so as to enable the said Tribunal to adjudicate these disputes. Registry is directed to transmit the entire paper book of these Writ Petitions to the Tribunal within a period of 15 days from today. ---------------------------------- (NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J) 6th July 2009
