3. Heard Mr.P. Srihari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1 -State.

Having regard to the fact that the Crl'lvl'P No 1248 of 2025 filed by the petitioner seeking leave of the Court to travel abroad is pending before the trial Court and listed for hearing today and considering the . pleadings that the petition has been adjourned from time to time 2 , without there being any conclusion and the hardships pleaded by the petitioner, thr: learned trial Court is directed to adjudicate the said petition at the earliest, preferably by 02.05.2025.
