Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.6O3O of 2O2O, dated 2O.O4.2020, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also. In r.ierv <,f the above submissions and for the reasotLs alike in the order of thils Court in W.P.No.603O of 2O2O, dated 2().O4 '2O2O ' this Writ Petiticn is disposed of directing the respondents to release the pou,er supp,ly to the premises of the petitioners sub-'ect to the compliance ol lhe tcrms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking -o produce the occupancy certihcate from the concerned MlLr-ricipal Corporation within a prescribed period, and if no such occu[)ancy certificate is produced within such p':riod, it is open to the rt s,pondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
