4. Learnecl counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ petition is squarely covered b3, the order of this Court in W. p. No.6O3O ot 2O2O, dated. 2O.O4.2O20, and requested this court to pass similar order in the present writ petition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pieader as wcll as learned Standing Counsel for tht_, respondents.

In vieu,of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of thrs Court in W.p.No.603 O of 2O2O, dated, 20.O4.2O2O, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the power suppry to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation within a prescribe,i period, and if no such occupzrncy certificate is prcduced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law undertaking to pr.oduce Miscellan<rous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
