Heard Ms.Nikita Goenka, iearned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No.1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 4; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.5. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 20i5, dated 18.72.20I5, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition aiso. 2 wp,l2l39 PI 202\ The same is not seriously clisputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 18.12.2OI5, r his Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to llle an online application seeking eier:tricity service connection to the petitioner's subject premises i.e., bearing H.No.2- 561414 on Plot No-37 admeasuring 500 Sq.YCs, Situated at Khamanet Villagc, Se rilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District Telangana State, wrthin a period of one (1) week frc,m the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Upon receict of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the said application o[ the petitioner for release of the electricity power supply to thc pctitioncr's sublect property within a pe riod of two (2) weeks thereafter.
