Naseer Hussian and Razia Sultana and pass such other order/s that the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest ofjustice 2] When the rnatter was taken up for consideration, ) learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a , -:, ' Page 2 of5 EVV,J W.P.No.15L2l of 2O2O represer.tation has been made before respondent No.3 dated 26.o6.2(t20, by petitioners stating that G.p.A. holders of original land lords by lrar-nes Mohammed Nizamuddin Mohamnred Nissarudin and shakira Begum to take care the propertir:s held by them the rand in sy.No.r:9 of Karmanghat village, isaroornagar Mandal, along with other lands, r,vhere the origlnal land lords filed an applicatron for grant of succession in their favour from younus l(hatoon before responde:nt No.3 under Form 6 of R.o.R. Act and in the month ol February, 2018, the present Tahsildar have been issued n<>tices to the original owners stated supra and others before passing orders and after completion of statutory period asi no objections were received, respondent No.3 after conducting the survey, orders passed. on 20.Lo.2olg, but the names an'e not recorded and implemented in the records and accordinfdy, request has been made in the prescribed Form 6(4) of R.o.R Act in respect of land in sy.No.59 of Karmanghat village, but no action has been taken by respondent No.3. 3. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are the sufferers due to inaction made by respondent No.3 and hence, would seek appropriate direction to the respondent No.3 to record the names of the petitioners in the revenue records.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that, at present, as per the provisions of Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, an online application has to be submitted for consideration by the official respondents. In the absence of any such online application, any earlier application made by the petitioners is not being considered by the official respondents. However, would seek a direction to the petitioners to file an online \ application, which in turn will be considered on its merits by the official respondents in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to submit an online application as specified under the relevant provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati Page 4 of5 EVV,J W.P.No.15i21 of 2O2O (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2o2s, presently in force, within a period of Irour (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon filing the slame, the official respondr:nts are directed to consider the ,.jarne by fotiowing due process of law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law. 6 wi':h the above direction, this writ pciition is disposed of.
