Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, Iearned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government pleader for Energz for respondent No. 1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 6; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipat Corporation, for respondent No.7. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2OlS, dated 18.t2.2O15, and requested ., P(,J \\'p 12127 2025 q this Court to pass similar-order in tl-re present Writ f)etition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned (iovernment Pleader as u,ell as L''arned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In vieu, of t he above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 1'.075, dated la.12.2015, thrs Writ I)etition is disposed of per:mitting the petitioners to fiic zrn online application seeking electricity service connection to the pctitioners' subject property i.e. bearing plot No-420 Part, in S1'.Nos. 11/19, 1ll20 and 11/21, ,admeasuring 25O Sq.yards, siluated at Khanarnet Village, Serilingampally Marrdal under (]HMC, Ranga Reddy District, Tel:urgana State, within a period of onc (1) rveek from the date of rece,F,t of thc copy of this order. Upon reccipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 6 arr: directed Lo consider the said application of the petitioners frrr release of the electricity polver s,tLpply to the petitioners' sullect propcrty within a period of tvrt> (2) weeks thereafter.
