This u'rit petition is filed seeking follon'ing prayer: "to d.eclare the action of the respottdent authonties in not d-epositing the entire decreetal amount to the credit of tLte E.P No.9 of 2025 in L'A'O'P No'1 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Ciuil Judge at NaraAanpet' as illegal, arbitrary and contrarg to the Judgment of Larger Bench reported in 2OO5 (3) ALD 233'"

It is the case of the petitioners that their lands are situated at Jaklair Village of Makthal Mandal which were acquired by respondent No'5 herein for the purpose of formation of BG Railr,t'ay Line and Star'ion From Munirbad to Mahabubnagar and Jaklair Village, Makthal Mandal' Thereafter' notification under Section 4(1) and Draft Declaration 6 of the Lemd Acquisition Act was published in the Gazetle No'MBNR- \ I 2 012 on 09.02.2012. After due enquiry, the Land Acquisition er has categorized the acquired iands into categories I, II, III, d fixed the market value for the land at Rs.75,000/-, ,OOO/-, Rs.85,000/ and Rs.95,OO0/- respectively dafter, petitioners have filed LAOP.No.l of 2014 before Senior Judge, Narayanpet for fixation of fair market price I gly the said LAOP.No.1 of 2014 \\,as allowed and ation was enhanced. Subsequent thereto, petitioners have filed E.P.No.9 of 2025 for attachment of schedule properties and for depositing the entire decreetal amount to the credit ol E.P.No.9 of 2025, hou,ever, the same is pending for adjudication.
4. Today n,hen the matter has been takerr up for hearing, Iearned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar crrcumstances this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated ':.
28.O4.2023, passed the follovving order:- "S.Hauing regard to the same, the Writ petition is disposed of an-d respond.ent 1[o.5 is directed, to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the ord.er an.d- decree, dated 30.03.2011, passed. in O.p.No.65 of 2009 bg the Senior Ciuil Jud_ge, Gadlual, to tlrc cred-it of EaP.No 5 of 2023 in O.p.No.65 of 2OO9 on the file of Senior Ciutt Jud.ge, Gad.tual, as expeditiously as possible, ,at any iate u$tfuiry a peAid of four 1+1 months'from the date oj i.eieipt of a copy of this order. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pray this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.p.No. 12a37 of 2023 d,ated 28.O4.2023.
6. Learned Government pleaders appearing for respondents did not disputb the same.

Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and in terms of order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 12832 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, this writ petition is disposed of directing. the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the order and decree, passed in L.A.O.P No.l of 2014, by the Senior Civil Judge at Narayarpet, to the credit of E.p No.9 of 2O2S in L.A.O.p No.1 of 2074 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
