BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITI ON No.12O67 of 2O2li ORDER: This Writ petition is filed praying this Courr to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 4 in not conside.ing the online application No.251452, dated 04.O3.2025, subrnitted bv the petitioner seeking for passbook data correction rnd in darani portal/ revenue records pertaining to the lancl admeasuring Ac.O.33 guntas, instead of Ac.0.O6 guntas in Sy.No 213/S/I / 1/l situated at Dwarakunta Village, Kodad Manda[,Su.yapet District as illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate relrefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner antl possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.O.33 guntas lir rming part of survey number No.213/ 1/ 1/ l situated at Dwararunta Village, Kodad Mandal,Suryapet District. It is further stiLted that the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangzr ra Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act, IgZl uile pass book No.T2909O lOO 1O8. It is further stated that rviile issuing e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telar rgana Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O (for shr,rt ,.Act 9 of ,:O,, the land admeasuring Ac.O.06 guntas is mentioned I z CVBR, J Wp_12067_2025 instead of Ac.0.33 guntas. Therefore, the petitioner made online application No.250OO14520, dated 04.O3.2O25 seeking for data correction and for issuance of amended e-pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after recerving the said application the respondent authorities are not considering the same duly making necessary entries and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook in accordancc with the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for thc respective parties and with their consent this writ pctition is disposed of at the admission stage .

In view of the submissions made by thc learned counsel for the respective parlies, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner and as it is stated that the land Ac.O.33 guntas has already been shown in the earlier pattadar pass book issued in his favour, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the application submitted by the petitioner and conduct a detailed enquiry after issuing notice to all the interested persons ald if the petitioner is found 3 CVBR, J W p_12067 _2025 otherwise eligible and fulfils all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide circular No.1 of 2021, dated

15.01.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 28 O2.2O24, they shall carry out necessary corrections in the passLook as well as in Darani Portal and issue amended pattadar pass book. If the petitioner is not entitled for correction of the :ntries in the passbook and revenue records, the respondent r ruthorities are directed to pass a reasoned order and communica te the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of thrs order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petiticn is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
