2. Writ Petition No.408O of 2Ol9 is frled aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in regularizing the services of pet.itioner on par with similarly-situated employees. Petitioner termed this as illegal, arbitrary and also violative of law laid down by the Honble Supreme Court in State oJ Karnataka a. Umadeoit, and State of Kantataka u. M.L. Kesari.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing. both the learned counsel had fairly conceded that the issue raised in the present writ petition 1S squarely covered by the order dated 11.10.2O18 in W.P.No.36805 of 2O18 and a,lso order dated 09.11.2O2I in W.P.No.23965 of 2O2O.

4. In that view of the matter, writ petition is allowed in terms of the above orders. Registry is directed to append copies of the order 12006 (4) SCC 1 ,l ? passed by this Court dated 11,10.2018 in W.P.No.368O5 of 2018 and order dated 09.11.2021 in W.P.No.23965 of 2O2O.
