VINOD KUMAR WRITPETITIONNo. 14734 of 2O2t ORDER: Heard leamed counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the offrcial respondent Nos. 1 to 5, and perused the record.
2. Despite this Court ordering notice to unofficial respondents, proof of service of notice is not filed. However, having regard to the manner of disposal of writ petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that the matter can be proceeded with, without having the audience of the said respondents.
3. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that though they had approached thc respondents-authorities and submitted complaints on 18.O6.2021 and 21.06.2021 against the unollicial respondents herein, no action is taken by the authorities by registering a case, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary. 4 . Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for olficial respondents submits that subsequent to the petitioners approaching the respondents-authorities and lodging complaints, the authorities have caused preliminary 2 FIR.No.91/2O21, and registered a case ln enqu1ry dl.2g.O7.2O2l' and have taken up investigatron' 5. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Govemment Pleader for Home is taken on record' 6. Having regard to the submissions made as above' and taking note of the fact that the respondents-aulhorities based on the complaints made by the petitioners having registered a case in FIR'No'9 1 / 20 2l ' dt'2g 07 '202 1 ' this Court is of the view thd.t the grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are requircd' 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed No order as to costs.
