BHASXAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 19o6 of 2o25 ORDER This Writ Petition is fil seeking a direction Lo respondent No.3 to dispose of the etitioners' online application No.22OO 1,7 7963, dated 23.\2.2022 in File No.Dl 1257/2023 in respect of the land situated in S .Nos.51/A/5 and 62176 ol Rangampally Village, Parigi Mandal Vikarabad District.
2. i L .1s stated that pctltioner owners of the subject land, having os. 1 to 3 are the absolute nherited the samc from late I Abdul Wadood. It is stated that during his life time Abdul Wadood, u.hose name was recordc as pattadar in the revenue records, had filed a declaration before the Land Reforms Tribunal, Vikarabad under the prov sions of the Telangana Land Relorms (Ceiling on Agricultural H ldings) Act, 1973 (for short "the Act, 1973"1 aod the said clecla ation was taken cognizance as C.C.No.P/971175, dated 17.05
1977. It is further stated that, after computing the lands, the declarant declared his holdings of 5.9135 Standard Holdi gs and was found eligible to relain 1.2OOO Standard Holdings It is further stated. that accordingly, the declarant has sur ndered the lands in various survey numbers including the rt of extent of Acs. 16-2O 2 CVI]R, J Wp 11906 2025 guntas in Sv.No.S1 (retaining Acs.6.11 guntas) and Acs.21.O0 guntas in Sr..No.62 (retaining Acs.4.00 guntas). situated at Rangampalll,- Village. It is lurther statcd that Lhe petitioners have madc an applicatio;-r seeking for .issuance of pattadar passbooks for thc retain:rblc exlents after surrcnder of the excess lancl as per the ordcrs passed by the Land Reforms Tribunal in C.C.No.P/971175, dated 17.O5.1977. It is further stated that cven though the pctitioners are entitled for issuance of pattadar passbooks frrr rctainable area, the rcspondent authoriLies on one prctext or the other have been postponing the issuance of pattadar passbooks cither under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197I or under the provisions of tl'r c Telangana Rights in Land and PaLtadar Passbooks AcL, 2O2O. it is further stated that rvhen the responclcnt author-itics ha,.re not taken any action on the application subrnittcd by tire petitioners, they u,ere constrained to filc W.P.No.15883 ol 2024 arncl this Coart, uide order, dated
21.06.2024. directed respondent No.3 therein to consider the petitioners' online application, dated 23.12.2OO2 and pass appropriate orders. 3. Considered the submissions f Sri Mohd. Adnan, learned \ counsel for the petitioners and Sri .Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue a pearing lor the respondcnts and with their consent, this n'rit p tion is being disposed of at I I the admission stage.

In view of the submrssrons de by the learned counsel for the respective parties and ince it is stated that, 1n compliance with the orders p ssed by this Court ln W.P.No.15883 of 2024, an enqui has been conductecl bv respondent No.3 in File No.D1/25 /2023, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice wo ld be met if respondent,No.3 is directed to pass an order on the etitioners' TM33 application No.22OO77 1963, dated 23.I2.2O2 in File No.DIl257 12023, 4 CVBR, J wp 11906 2025 t which was reserved 'for ordcrs' on 23. 1 1.2024 , \\,ithin a period of four (O4) \veeks from the date o[ receipt o[ a cop.t. of this order. In anv event, if the petitioners are not cntitled for issuance of pattadar passbook, rcspondent No.3 shall pas'S a reasoned order and communicate the samc to the petitioners.
5. With thc abovc observations, this Writ Pctrtion is disposed of. ihere shall be no orcler as to costs.
