VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1192 8 of2o25 ORDER: Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for offrcial respondent Nos. I to 3, and with the consent of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner ol clisposal of the Writ Petition and the nature of lis involvcd, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondeut Nos 4 to 6 is not necessary for adjudication of the prescnt Writ Petition'
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioners, in brief, is that the 3*r respondent is involving in civil disputes at the behcst ol lhc unofficial respondents and in interfering with Lhe pcar:cfr-tl possession of the petitioners over plot No.462 North Part admeasuring 150 sq. yards and Plot No.462 South Part admeasuring 15O sq' yards in survey Nos.376, 4OO, 40 | ' 4O2,405, 406 situated ; I I I I tr-.'' 2 .ri at Pasumamla Vilrage, Now Abdullapurm et Mandar, Ranga Reddy District, which is subject matter cf a civil suit uide O.S.No.737 / 2024 before the competent Civil Court, wherein an injunction has been granted in favour of the petitioners, which action of the 3.d respondent it is contended as illegal, arbitrary and without sanction of law. 4. Per s6ng7a, learned Government plr:ader for Home appearing for respondents_authorities would submit that one Thammineni Shiva Reddy had approached the respondents_authorities and lodged a the petitioners on 01.04.2025; that the respondents recerving the aforesaid complaint, have ma,le a GD entrv, and for the purpose of causing preliminary enqulry to verify as to the correctness of the contents of the said complaint have called the petitioners to the police station; and that the petitioners did not respond to the ca, madc br the rr:spondent s-authorities. cornplaint against
5. Learned Government pleader further submits that since, a complaint has been lodged against t,_re petitioners on O1.O4.2025, the authorities are only seekirrg to conduct I j 3 enquiry into tlee aforesaid complaint and are not involving themselves in civil disputes, as claimed by the petitioners'
6. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since, it is now stated to this Court of a complaint having been lodged against the petitioners on O1'04'2025, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to take action in furtherance of the aforesaid complaint, strictly in accordance rvith lau''
