With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 in receiving, registering and releasing of sale deed executed by the respondent No.5 in favour of the petitioners in respect of sale of a residential house bearing H.No.1l-IS/LS/A, PTIN No. 1227208557, Plot No.15 part, admeasuring to an extent of 143.33 Sq.yards with plinth area of 1032 SFT, RCC, in Ground Floor in Sy.Nos.4O3 and, 421, situated at Rampally Village under Nagaram Municipality, Keesara Mandal, Medcha_l-Malkajgiri District, the petitioners liled the present writ petition.

It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, by duly asslgnlng reasons 1n support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioners to get the subject document registered.
