Ravi Mahender, leamed Standing Counsel for GHMC' appearing for respondents No.2 to 4, basing on the written instructions, submitted that on complaint of the petitioner, the officials of GHMC inspected the site and observed that respondent No.6 raised columns and laid plinth beams for which show cause notice dated 26.11.2024 was issued and thereafter, speaking order dated 20.12.2024 was passed Learned Standing counsel submitted that necessary steps will be taken to implement I I I the speaking order dated 20-12.2024.
