Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner hled the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of respondent No.5 and their sub-ordinates in interfering with and demolishing the compound wall of the petitioner in 2 respect of petitioner,s piot No.6O5, Block A, in Sy.No.135 part, situated at Gowthami Nagar, Edulanagrrrr apally Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy Distric ifor brevity, ,,the subject property") and threatening to disposse; ; the petitioner from his plot, without issuing any notice and rr thout following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrar5z.
3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner furth r r sr_rbmit s that, w.hile aclmitting the matter, this Court passed int:.im order dated 08'o4.2022 directing the official respondents not r r interfere with the petitioner's possession over the subject propcr. y. However, in spite of lapse of more than four years, the responr ent au torities have not filed counter or vacate petition for denf in6 the averments made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit. In *. of the same, learned counsel requested this court to all0w th. \ /rit petition by directing the respondent authorities not to int: -fere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject p' rpert5r u,ithout 'ie following due process of law. 4' on the other hand, rearned Assistant Govc - rment pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner is in pcs session of the subject property, the respondents wili not inter'ere with the petitioner's possession over the subject property, i\.r11out follow,ing ) -/ 3 due process of law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property, without following due procedure of law.
