Heard the iearned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel I I I 2 appearing fbr Respondent No.8. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.p.No.32Gl4 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 and requested this Court to pass similar order in tJee present writ petition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsei for the respondents.

In- view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 2015 dated 18.12.2075, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to hle an online application seeking eler:tricity service connection to the petitioner's I \ \ h 3 subject premises i.e., House No.2-56l33115148311 (PTIN NO.12199837O2) on Southern Part of. Plot No.483 1n Survey Nos.11/19, lll20, 11121 , situated at Khanamet Vi1lage, Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC Chandanagar Circle-2 1, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana \ t State, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such arr application, respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner's for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of two weeks therea-fter. It is however observed that if respondent Nos.2 to 5 pass orders on petitioner's application granting release of the electricitlr power supply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon'ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it ._ 4 arising out ol the order dated 12.9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2a4O7 of 2OO8 and batch:
