2. Heard Mr.K.V.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 6 and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos.2 and 3'

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners retired from service on attaining the age of their respective dates of superannuation at the age of 61 years and till now, their retirement benefits were not released by the j I respondents.

4.LearnedGovernmentPleaderSubmitsthatthebillspertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioners are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioners on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries. --
