THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE LAXMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY WRIT PETITION No.12874 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents No.2 and 3 in not considering the representations dated l4.l1.2018, 25.04.2019, 11.05.2022 and 17.03.2023 regarding agricultural land adrneasuring Ac.l.00 guntas in Sy.No.245 situated at Chenjerla Village Shivar, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District.
2. Heard Smt.R.Madhavi Latha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is owner and possessor of the land adrneasuring Ac.l.00 guntas in Sy.No.245 situated at Chenjerla Village Shivar, Manakondur Mandal, Karirnnagar District (for short 'subject land') which *u, ,uJ..eded to by the petitioner by way of Virasat from his father in the year I 997 and the respondent authorities have also issued Pattedar Pass Book vide No.ll53 and his name is entered in ROR records; that.,petitioner has been in possession and cultivating the subject land. She further submits that Tahsildar has also issuecl a certificate dated 28.03.2018 certifying ownership of the petitioner in respect of subject land. Learned counsel further stated that total extent of land in Sy.No.245, is Ac.l6.l5 guntas, as per the pahanies for the year 2005-06, however, in the pahani for the yea=t€QOZ-0S, it is shown as Ac.18.35 guntas ancl in the year 2008-09 \ \ I I I ! 2 and 2010- I I the extent is shown as Ac.l9.0l guntas and the respondents illegally entered names of third parties and petitioner's name has been deleted. Therefore, petitioner tnade representations dated l4.l 1.2018,
25.04.2019, 11.05.2022 and 17.03.2023 and the respondents are not processing the application subrnitted by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the salne, the writ petition has been hled.

Learned counsel fbr the petitioner further subrnits that the petitioner is the owner aud was undertaking agriculture of subject land since 40 years and petitioner succeeded to the subject land in the year 1997 and his narne was rnutated in revenue records and pattedar was also issued. l-lowever, during purification of revenue records, the petitioner nalne has not been cntered in dharani portal and name of some third parties have been entered illegally. She would further subrnit that representations subrnitted by the petitioner, steps to,incorporate the nalne of the petitioner in the dharani portal have not been considered by the respondents and petitioner is being put to hardship and thus, prayed to allow the writ petition.

Learned Assistant Governtnent Pleader for Revenue would submit that the Government has recently introduced Bhu Bharathi Portal ,.' in place of dharani portal and the petitioner has to subrnit the application through Bhu Bharathi Portal fbr redressal of petitioner's grievance and / / I _v t- / \ To itEr 1 on an application being tnade, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondent No.3.

Considering the subrnissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to subrnit an application through Online Bhu Bharati Portal for incorporation/rnutation of petitioner's name in revenue records and on such application being made, the respondents shall consider the salne by duly giving notice to petitioner and affected parties and also afford an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The respondent No.3 is directed to cornplete the entire exercise within a period of two (2) rnonths frorn the date of submission of application of the petitioner.
