This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not including the land admeasuring Acs.3.1 1 guntas in Sy.No. 158/E and Ac.0-34 guntas in Sy.No.158 ILU/1, siluated at Kudakuda Village, Chiwemla Mandal, Suryapet District in e-pattadar passbooks and not considering the online application No.23OO014745, dated

28.04.2023, as illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the various extents of agricultural lands forming part of various survey numbers situated at Kudakuda Village, Chiwemla Mandal, Suryapet District. It is further stated that the revenue authorities alsb- iSsued pattadar passbook and title deed bearing No.992356 ui.de Patla No.1O24 in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar PassbookJ Act, L971. It is further stated that while issuing e- pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "Act 9 of 2O2O"l, Acs.3.11 guntas in Sy.No.158/E and Ac-0'34 guntas in 2 CVBh,., Wp.._11789 2O2S Sy.No.158/LIJ/ 1 was rleleted. Therefore, the petitior.rer made online appliczr;ion No.2300O14Z4S, dated 2g.O4.2023 sr,:eking for passbook datlr correction and for issuance of amended e -pattadar passbook. TlLe grievance of the petitioner is that e.,,en after receiving the r;,rid application the respondent authoritjer; are not considering the same duly making necessary entries and conseqtrential issuance of amended pattadar passirook in accordance wir h the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O Flence, the wrrt petition.
