O.2O guntas in Survey No.ai.S/Al4l2 and Acs. 0.2O guntas in Survey No.418/AA/2, tota,l admeasuring Acs. 1.0O guntas, situated at Tangatur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject propertyJ, having 2 CVBR, J W.P.l o. 1 1699 of 2025 purchased the: s,,e under registered sale deed datert ol'.12.2or9 uide Document No. t3(r:' .', <tf 2or9. In view of the above submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner, since it is stated that the petitioner has made an online application dated 06.11.2024 in the prescribed format in Dharani Portal uide Transaction ID.No.3OT6377OOOO3275, ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider the said online application of the petitioner dated 06.I),.2024 vide Transaction ID.No.3OT6377OOOO3275. If the 'said application is not considered as on the date of this order, the petitioner is permitted to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject 1ands. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fu1hl1s all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Ruies made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fullrll the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in 4 CVBR, J W.P.No 11699 of 2O25 accordance witlL i,:r., and communicate the same to the re itioner.
