2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4gB-A, 506 r/w 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. Heard Mr.M.Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional public proseculor, representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr.Ch.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-facfo complainant.

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondenl No.2lde-facto complainant filed l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise I 7 2 N"TR,/ l-A.Noll and 2 o-f 2025 infand Crl.P.Na.56)l of 2025 and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos l to 4 in C'C'No '412 of 2021 '

I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and Perused the materials on record' T.Havingconsideredtheallegations,thechargedoffences'whichare essentially matrimonial and inter-personal in nature and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peaceamongthem,inthelightofthedictumsinGianSinghv'Stafeof Punjah and anotherl and Anil Mishra v' Stafe of U'P'2; State of Madhya Pradesh v.
