2. It is stated that the petitioner is owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2.O7 guntas in Survey No.ai8/AA/2, situated at Tangatur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject propertyl, having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated

09.12.2019 ,ide Document No. 13051 of 2019. It is further stated that the petitioner's vendor names were recorded as pattadars and pattadar passbook and title deeds were issued to them as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar l?assbooks Act, 1971. In view of the above submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner, since it is stated that the petitioner has made an online application dated o6.1 1.2C24 in the prescribed format in Dharani portal uide Transaction ID.No.3OT637 7OOOO3274, rhe ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider the said online application of the petitioner dated 06. 1 1.2024 uide Transaction ID.No. 30T63 77oooo3274. rf the said application is not considered as on the date of this order, the petitioner is permitted to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web portal, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject lands. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act I of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall pass a reasoned order, rn accordance with law and communicate the same to the petilioner.
