Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.l, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel - o appearing fo: Respondent No.S. With the consert of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up lor di';posal at the stage of admission.

Toclay, when the matter is taken ILp, it is submitted bl, the learned counsel for the petitiorrers that the issue rarsed in the present writ petition is squarely covered b1' the order of this Court in W.P.No.:\26t4 of 2015 datecl i8.L2.2015 and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present writ petition also. Jhe same is not seriorrsly disputed by the learned Government Pleader as ,vell as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above submissions ani for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.Nlo.326 14 2015 datecl 18.12.2015, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file an online application seeking electricit5r service connection to the pe :itioners' \ 3 subject premises i.e., plot No. 1073, in Survey Nos.11/14, lL l15, ll l 16, I1/tT and tt /18, (part of Sy.No.1i), tota_l admeasuring 300 Sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, ( ( Telangana State, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioners for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioners, subject property within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is however observed that if respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioners' application granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioners, subject property, the same sha-ll be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon'ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.20407 of 2OO8 and batch. - 4
