The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in the Special Sessions case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-4, 504 read with Section 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860, Sectiot'l 109 of l.P.C., and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 20'1 5 3- Heard Mr.Agastya Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners' lvlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr.sarang J.
