Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent No'2' and upon consid'eration of the submissions made' this Court is of the view that it would be appropriate to direct respondent No'2 to verify and clear the admitted bills pertaining to the petitioner' within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
