Hyderabad
2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 5 in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 420, 493, 120-B, 109 read with Section 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860 and Sectrons 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, '196'l
3. Heard Mr K.Ravinder. learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No. 1 -State and lt/lr.l\4d.Vaseeuddin, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-faclo complainant
4. Pending this petition, the partres have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2/de-facio complainant filed I.A.Nos 1\\ and 2 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise 2 N7R,/

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report dated 28.04.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on r1 I verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion enlered into settlement/comprom ise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the charged offences, which are essentially matrimonial and inter-personal in nature and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v. Stafe of Punjab and anothe/ and Anit Mishra y. State of lJ.P.2; Sfafe of Madhya Pradesh v. That due to the intervention of erders and weil-wishers of both the famiries of petitioners and respondent No.2 herein, the petitioners herein and the defacto complainant/respondent No.2 herein and her famiry members came forward and entered into a Setflement Deed and resorved the pending crisputes between the petitioner No.1 herein and the defacto complainant by executing a Setflement Deed in presence of the witnesses. Trre copy of the Setflement Deed is fired before this Hon'ble Court. 3. These petitioners and the respondent No.2 herein being the defacto complainant had agreed that both the parties wiil not fire any case against each other and shall withdraw the pending cri,.ninal case. 4.
