VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. 11556 of 2O25 ORDE R: The grievance of the petitioner in thc present Writ petition -is to the action of the respondents-authorities, partrcularly the 6Lh respondent, in involving themselves in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 7ff respondent, and threatening to handover the house bearing No.1_4, siruated at Uyyalawada Village, Jajireddygudem Mandal, Suryapet District, thereby interfering u,ith the peaceful life and liberty of the petitioner, which action bf the respondents-authorities it rs contended as being illegal and arbi Lrary.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Govcrnment pleader for Home appearing for the offrcial respondent Nos. 1 to 6, and with the consent of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ pelition is taken up for hearing and disposal, at admission stage.
3. Having regard to the nature of lls involved in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this court is of the view that nolice to unofficial respondent No.7 is not necessary [or adjudication of the present Writ petition 2 )^t

When the matter is taken uP for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for ofircial respondents submits that the 7th respondent had approached the respondents- authorities and lodged a complaint, dt.O3.04.2O25; and that the authorities, on receiving the aforesaid complaint, initially have made a GD entry, and thereafter on causing preliminary enquiry, closed the said complaint on 15.04.2025, noting the same as "civil in nature".
5. Learned Government Pleader further submits that except conducting enquiry into the aforesaid complaint lodged by the 7h respondent, the respondents-authorities have not threatened the petitioner to handovcr the aforementioned house property as claimed.

Having regard to the submissions made as above and since, it is now stated before this Court that on a complaint, dt.03.04.2025, todged by the 7n respondent, the respondents- authorities, after causing preliminary enquiry, having closed the said complaint as "civil in nature" on 15.O4.2025, this Court is of the view that while the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed, respondents-authorities are to / J,.... ,R 3 be directed not to interfere with the lifc and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law
