2. Heard Mr. N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. Learned r:ounsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from serrrice on 31.72.2024 and till now, his 'etirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already :>rocessed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Plead 3r further submits that a$ per seriatim of the token numbers, amou'rts will be released to the beneficiaries.
