IJr-rder the guise of no orders in the stay petition or the Revision Petition, the respondcnt authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner lrom the suit schedule property admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0-03 guntas, which is equivalent to 242 Sq. Yards consisting house bearing No.2 2-176ll situated in Chunchupaili Village and Maldal, Bhadradri- Kothagudem District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner lurthcr submits that during the pendency of appeal in CMA.No.9 of 2023, this Court passed order in WP.No.27457 of 2022 dated 09.O1.2023 granting interim protection ti1l thc disposal o1'the said appeal. After disposal of the said appeal, the petitioner has liled revision petilion before the respondenl No.2 but the same has not been taken up for hearing.
