No. 52Ol2lA from the prohibited list in the Dharani Portal which petitioner have purchased through registered sale deed from her vendor who is pattedar for the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.5.29 gts in Sy. No. 52Ol2lA situated at Nednur village, Kandukur Mandal, Rangareddy district, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 74, 19,2l and 30O A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2"d respondent remove the aforesaid land from the prohibited list in Dharani portal and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem ht and proper in the interest ofjustice."

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agriculture land admeasuring Acs. 5.29 guntas in Survey No.520/ 5/A, situated at Nednoor Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject propertyJ, having purchased the same through registered Sale Deed d,ated, 27.12.2016 uide Document No.8753 ot 2016. It is further stated that after purthase of the subject property, the petitioner submitted an application dated 03.04.2017 uide Application No.MU O2l7Ol2l7249 for mutation, but no action has been taken on the said application. It is further stated that the petitioner has noticed in the Dharani Portal that the subject property was shown in the prohibited list and his vendor's narne is reflecting in the Dharani Portal. The grievance of the petitioner is that she made an online application dated 3O.O9.2O24 in Dharani Portal under TM 15 Module uide Application No.24OOO2O424, Transaction ID No. 3OCDNOOOO95O844 by 2 W.P Nt.11649 of 202 CVB, paying requisite ler to the respondents seeking deietion cf the subject property from the fi-": of prohibited properties and de-notifJ,ir-rg the same and consequential iss ra'r,:e of the pattadar passbook, but t]-rt s ame was not considered by thc rcr.,pondents. The Srrb section (4) of Section 22-A of the Regist..ation Act, 1908 confers the powe - r n the State Government either suo m(;tu or on an application by an1 or:r'son or for giving effect _to the final or< ler s of the High Court of Telanganir o - Supreme Court of India to proceed to 1e notify, either in full or in part, t-he notification issued under sub-sectio:r 2) and rules made under the pr:rvisions of the Registration Act, 1908.

In the ins;lant case, since it is the specific case of .he petitioner that she has mar1e :Ln application, dated 3O.O9.2O24 r,ict e Application No.24OOO2O424, T ra t;actron ID No.3OCDNO0OO95O844 for ck,letion of the subject property fron the list of prohibited properties, this; Cc urt deems it 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.11649 of 2O25 appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to examine the said application strictly irt accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and pass apprcpriate ordets in accordance with law within a periocl of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and cornmunicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.
