4. Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos'1 and 2 reported no obiection in passing similar orders' -l-*ffi,ffiFF'*=gt, '':r'$ ,':'' ii2il

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of witl-r a direction to respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and take steps for release of thc passport in due compliance of the findings of the Hon,ble Supreme Court in the case of Vangala Kasturi Rangacharyulu v. Central Bureau of Investigationl. The elirections arc as flollows: (i) (ii) (iii) (i") The petitioner shall submit an undertaking along with an afficlavir before the Judicial MagisLrate of First Class (Excisc) at Karimnagar, in Cr.No.430, 309 and 344 of 2023, stating that thc petitioner r.r,ill not leave India during pendency of the said C.C. without permission of the Court and the pctitioner will coopcrate with the Trial Court in concluding the criminal proceedings. Thc Trial Court shall issue a certified copy of the undertaking along with an affidavit within Two (2) wecks from the date of fiiing of the undertaking. The petirioner shall submit the certifiecl copy of tl.Le aforesaid r.rndertaking along with the reply/expianation before the concerned passport Officer for consideration of his application for renewal of passport. The Passport Authoritv shall consider the documents in trre light of the observations macle by the Court as well as the unclertaking and other documents filed by the petitioner. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to rely on the decisions in this regard. rzozo c.t.L.l. 1sc; sz: '.1 (") ("i) (vii) ::3:: The Passport authority is directed to renew the passport of the petitioner without raising the objection relaling to the pendency of the criminal proceedings before the Trial Court' The petitioner shail deposit the original passport before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (E-xcise) at Karimnagar' in Cr. No.344 of 2023 aftet renewal of the passport' The petitioner shali be at liberty to file an appiication before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise) at Karimnagar' seeking permission to travel outside India The Judiciat Magistrate of First Class (Excise) at Karimnagar' shal1 consider the same in accordance u'ith law'
