Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners are not entitled to seek quashing of the proceedings in C.C.Nos.300 of 2021. 216 of 2022, C.C.No.36l of 2022 and c.c.No.16 of 2022 on the liles of the Principal Junior civil Judge- cum-Judicial Magistrate of First class, Yellandu, invoking the powers conferred under Article 226 of the constitution of India, as per the judgment of the l-lon'ble Apex court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (crl.) No.13424 of 2025 between eaninya Pranjal Kulkarni f ( I ! i I 1 2 v. State' of Maharashtra and another. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed /i'..
