The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep by its Principal Secretary, Home Department Velagapudi, Amaravathi, AP ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Central Government final allocation of the employees between the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in the police department contrary to the Kamalanathan Committee Report and guidelines pursuant to the recommendations of the Kamalanathan Committee report dated 15.03.2016 and consequently the orders of the Sth respondent impugned Relieving Order dated 31 .O1.2O17 in DO No. 2212017 in C No. TtEllClD-TSt2O14-17 is contrary to the Kamalnathan Committee Guidelines No. 1B (1) and (N) since the petitioner is a local candidate and her husband working in Telangana State (both are locals of Telangana) and since 5 sanctioned posts are vacant out of 36 sanctioned posts junior assistants is illegal and void and against the principles of natural justice and against the Articles 14, 19 and 21 ot the Constitution of lndia including A.P. Reorganization Act including Kamalnadhan Committee Report and consequently to direct the respondents to declare the petitioner is enlitled to continuing Telangana State only l.A. NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP. NO: 9290 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents no. 3 to 6 to continue the petitioner in the 4th respondent CID office by suspending the operation of the impugned order dated 31 .01.2017 in DO No. 2212017 in C no. 7/E|/C|D-TS/2014-'17 passed by the Sth respondent, pending disposal of the main writ petition l.A. 2. Heard Mr.M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. B. Krishna, learned Government Pleader for Home Services-Telangana appearing for respondent No.1, Mr.Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and Mr. A. Raghuram, ./ ,/ 2 learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.3, 6 and 7 (State of Andhra Pradesh).

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 06.08.2018 granted stahts quo to be maintained regarding the posting and the proposed transfer of the petitioner and the petitioner is permitted to work in the respondents' office by discharging the duties and responsibilities in relation to the post in which she is working. The said status Eto order is in existence.
4. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh have issued G.Os. and in the said G.Os., the petitioner was allotted to the State of Telangana. By virtue of the sarne, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to revise the writ petition in case her grievance is subsisting.
