4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.326 14 of 2015, dated 2 P}'.J wp 11470 2025

18.12.2O15, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. The same is not seriously disputed b1, the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents

In vier of the above submissions and for the reasons a-like in the order of this Court in W.P.No-32614 of 2015, dated 18. 12 2Ol5, this Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitione r to file an online application see king electricity service connection to the petitioner's subject property i.e., Plot No.256, adrnr:asuring 5O2 Sq. Yds, forming part of Sy.No.1007, situated at Kukatpally Village and Maldal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, Telangana State, within a period of or-re (l ) r,rrr:el< from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Llpon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are dilected to consider the said application of the petitioner fo r release of the electricity power supply to the petiticiner's srlbject property within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
