2. Heard NIr.Vedula Venkataramana, learned Scnior Counsel, representing M/s. Bharadwaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. [,. Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and Sri K.Govind Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.5. Perused the record.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner upon perusing the counter frled by the respondent No.5 would wonder why the officlal respondents have not filed counter though this Court on 14.07-2025 directed the leamed Govemment Pleader for Revenue to get instructions or to file counter in the meantime. He would further submit that the counter affidavit has been hled by respondent No.5 on
24.10.2025 and so far no counter has been filed by the official respondents. The unofficial respondents by filing counter stated that on the complaint filed by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted by issuing notice llde No.B/1910/2023, dated 31.12.2024 and a letter has been addressed by respondent No.4 to respondent No.2 wherein it has been recordecl that the petitioner has filed reply dated
07.01.2025 in response to the notice dated 31.12.2024 and impugned proceedings have been issued.
4. Leamed Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue would submit that the since rcspondent No.4 is interested party and he relied upon the order passed by oflicial respondents vide order dated
02.01.2025 and that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he can approach the appellate authority as per the statutory provisions of law and thus, seeks to pass appropriate orders. 5, This Court having heard the lcamed Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Covernment Pleader for Revenue and leamed counsel for respondent No.5 and upon perusal of the material available on record, it is seen that the sase of the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2 and no further action has been taken by respondent No.2 and no further information pertaining to the same has been furnished before this Court and since, the matter is already- been \ I 4 recommended to respondent No.2, this Cou( does not see any reason or the ground to keep this writ petition pending further.
6. In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits and demerits ol'the case, petitioner is granted liberty to agitate all the srounds before the appropriate authority. '7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 'fhere shall be no order as to costs.
