BHASKAR REDDY IVRIT ON No.12025of 2o25 ORDER: This writ petition is filed praying this court to declare rhe action of respondent No.2 in not considering the online application No.2442O8, dated 08.O2.2O24, submitted by the petitioner seeking for correction/ res toration of missing survey numbers in darani portal/revenue records and issuance of new pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.O.29 guntas in Sy.No.S3/A / 1/ t, Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.53 /A/ t /2, Ac.O.0t guntas in Sy.No.S3/A / 1 and, Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.S3./EI situated at Madaram Village, Vikarabad Mandal, Vikarabad illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs. District, AS

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the various extents of agricultural lands forming part of various survey numbers.situated at Madaram Village, Vikarabad Mandal, Vikarabad District. It is further stated that the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, lg7l urde pass book No.43221g (patta No.21S). It is further stated that while lssulng e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land L I I 2 - CVBR, J w p _L2O25 _202s and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "Act 9 of 2O2O"), tlre land admeasuring Ac.0.29 guntas in Sy.No.S3/A ll l t, Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.s3/A/1/2, Ac.O.01 guntas in Sy.No.S3/A/t and Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.53/El was deleted. Therefore, the petitioner made online application No.240OOO42O8, dated O8.O2.2O24 seekir.rg for data correction and for issualce of amended e-pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application the respondent authorities are not considering the same duly making necessary entries and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook in accordance with the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

In view.of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner and as it is stated that the land admeasuring Ac.0.29 guntas in Sy.No.53/A/ llI, Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.S3/Al Il2, Ac.O.01 guntas in Sy.No.53/A/l and Ac.O.29 in Sy.No.S3/E t has already been shown in the earlier pattadar pass book issued in his favour, deems it 3 CVBR, J W p _t2025_2O25 appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine th6' application dated A8.O2.2024 submitted by the petitioner and conduct a detailed enquiry after issuing notice to all the interested persons and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and fulfils all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide circular No.I of 2O21, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated 2A.O2.2O24, the respondent authorities shall carry out nece.ssary corrections in the passbook as well as in Darani Portal and issue amended pattadar pass book. If the petitioner is not entitled for correction of the entries in the passbook and revenue records, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt ofa copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
