Heard Mr. V.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 4. 3 Learned counsel For the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 28.02.2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits oF the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts courd not be rereased to the petitioner on time.
